Refund Policy

At eyyabiyya, we understand that kids grow fast and sometimes things don't fit quite right. We want your little ones to be comfortable and happy in our clothes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange. We encourage you to try the outfits on your children as soon as they arrive to ensure the perfect fit within this period.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure the health and safety of all our little customers, returns must meet these conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (free from any stains, odors, or pet hair).
• All original tags must still be attached to the garments.
• The clothing must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. If you need a different size for your child, please mention it during the process so we can check availability for an exchange.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged.
